Account Management

Alexandra Forsch, Head of Account Management, US

An online marketing professional with 7+ years of experience, Alexandra Forsch maintains a proven record of consistently outperforming corporate goals. Her knowledge spans multiple online marketing channels, media planning and buying, operational development, client relations, as well as strategic and financial planning. In her role as Head of Account Management, she is responsible for supporting and growing our clients affiliate programs to ensure they deliver results and exceed performance goals.

Before joining buy.at, Alex developed B2B and B2C online strategies to acquire customers for Shooger, a mobile promotions network. Prior to Shooger, Alex worked for the Internet Strategy Group, a local interactive agency with $4M in annual web and design revenue. In her position as Managing Director, she developed results-oriented online media strategies, lead a team of 14 online professionals, and ultimately exceeded first half profit goals for 2010 by 20%.

Alex holds a M.B.A. with concentration in Marketing from Benedictine University in Illinois and also speaks German fluently. Aside from interactive media, Alex enjoys playing soccer, travelling, music, gardening and home improvement projects.

Greg Bennett, Account Manager

A pioneering member of buy.at's US Account Management team, Greg directly contributed to the company's 300%+ revenue growth from 2008 to 2009. As the lead Account Manager for the company's largest US advertiser and over 40 additional programs, he actively manages advertiser and affiliate relationships of all sizes to maximize campaign performance. Leveraging Kim Salvino's guidance and expertise, Greg provides daily operational support and offers both advertisers and affiliates strategic guidance to facilitate program growth.

An active member of the affiliate marketing community, Greg regularly attends Affiliate Summit and Ticket Summit to enhance his industry expertise and meet advertiser and affiliate partners face-to-face. He is also an active participant in ABestWeb – the world's largest affiliate marketing forum – to provide affiliate support as well as the latest updates on several of our programs.

Greg joined buy.at after earning his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Fordham University in 2008. Currently the only team member in New York City, he enjoys spending time with his beloved dog Deloris and traveling to the beach as much as possible.

Jeannine Crooks, Account Manager

Beginning her career in affiliate marketing in 1999, Jeannine is well versed in all areas of the performance channel – spending time as an affiliate, merchant, and affiliate manager. Joining the buy.at US Account Management team in early 2011, she is primarily responsible for optimizing program performance as well as managing client and affiliate relationships. Beyond these activities, Jeannine is a prominent affiliate advocate in the fight against the "affiliate tax" - a high profile issue in the US affiliate marketing industry.

Working for companies including InsureMe.com, Jones International University, Link Connector, and IM Solutions, Jeannine managed advertisers of all sizes. Her client roster includes brands such as Getty Images, One Big Planet, and Digital Instructor, where she doubled daily sales within the first four months of the affiliate program. Throughout these roles her expertise grew to include PPC, SEO, SEM, and developing successful conversion strategies.

Originally from Chicago, Jeannine and her husband Brad now live in Parker Colorado along with their two Siberian Huskies. When not online, they enjoy traveling extensively, and are currently working on a book about Sports Museums and Halls of Fame.

Morgan Foland, Account Executive

Morgan joined buy.at in April 2011 following her graduation from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Communications. Adapting quickly in her role on the Account Management team, Ms. Foland now actively manages several high profile programs on our network, including Ghirardelli Chocolate Company and Lindsay Phillips. In addition to providing client support and guidance, Morgan assists the publisher team as the gatekeeper for affiliates who apply to our network – ensuring we continue to maintain our high quality standards.

Before her career with buy.at, Morgan gained a wealth of marketing, PR, and media relations experience through internships at TBC, Inc, the Baltimore County Police Department, and Cities2night.com. In these positions, she helped develop press releases, manage social media marketing, and carry out campaigns across television, print, and the web for clients including Hair Cuttery and Smart Balance. During her time in college, Morgan planned and executed recruitment events, managed activities for over a hundred participants, and designed promotions for a student-led organization.

Morgan is a proud Baltimore Ravens fan, enjoys traveling (particularly to Spain!), and spending quality time with family and friends.

Kim Salvino, Head of Publishers, US

Kim established the foundation of the US Account Management team in 2008 and grew the department to provide strategic guidance and revenue growth for over 70 clients. Embracing her greatest passion of recruiting and growing publisher relationships, Kim stepped into a new role as Head of Publishers in early 2011. A self-proclaimed “Affiliate Evangelist,” she takes great pride in providing publishers with world class service.

Kim received Best Affiliate Manager 2008, Best Affiliate Program 2007, Most Improved Affiliate Program 2007, and was nominated in 2007 for Best Affiliate Manager and Best New Member.

When not spending time with her children, Kim can be found shopping (online, of course!) or buried in a good book.

Operations

Larry Herbert, Head Of Technical Services, US

As buy.at's US-based technical lead, Larry is responsible for the setup, integration, and ongoing technical support of all US programs on our network. Working closely with each client, he manages custom integration requests and addresses general and program-specific technical questions or concerns. Larry views every challenge "not only as an opportunity to serve my clients, but also as a solemn responsibility to help their organizations grow."

Larry joined buy.at after 9 years with Lightningcast – a leading online video ad serving company. He worked as a member of the Network Operations team and as a Technical Support Manager, then continued supporting the business after AOL acquired the company in 2006. Prior to his career in technology, Larry spent several years in sales and management roles spanning the hospitality, service, and manufacturing industries.

In his spare time, Larry enjoys sailing (as well as restoring and inventing colorful language constructs for) his (usually) beloved sailboat, spending time with his family, and engaging in various renovation projects on his home. (One day he hopes to present his wife with a house that's in one piece).
